Delays after van fire on the M6

Firefighters were called to the scene after a van caught fire on the M6.

The incident, which happened on Friday (April 20) at 8:39pm, saw fire crews from Bamber Bridge and Chorley attended the fire.

It involved a small commercial van on the hard shoulder of the M6 northbound carriageway near junction 28 for Leyland.
