5. Jasper
Breed: Domestic shorthair.
Age: Approximately 1.
The RSPCA say: Jasper is a nervous boy who needs time to learn people are good and the world isn’t so scary. He has come from a household with lots of other cats so he has never had any socialisation, so he is very nervous and skittish. Jasper is looking for a quiet home with lots of safe hidey spaces with no other animals due to him being nervous and he deserves his own space after living with so many other animals and children over the age of 10 who are quiet and understanding of a nervous cat. 6. George
Breed: Domestic shorthair.
Age: Approximately 2.
The RSPCA say: George is a very timid and shy cat that would greatly benefit from a home that would have the patience and the time to build up his trust and give him some much-needed love and attention. George values his privacy and space when presented with new surroundings and people. He will spend most of his time hiding in his bed where he feels safe until he feels ready to explore. George clearly has the potential to really enjoy physical contact, he is just simply too nervous at the moment to fully express what he likes and enjoys. George is looking for a forever home with no other animals and children over 14. Photo: RSPCA
7. Negan
Breed: Domestic shorthair.
Age: Approximately 2.
The RSPCA say: Since being in our care, he has indicated that interacting with people is a little too much right now, and so it is important desensitisation work with people and short interactions are continued to let him know that it is okay to be around us. Negan is looking for a quiet home with lots of hidey spaces with no other animals and children over the age of 14. Photo: RSPCA
8. Daryl
Breed: Domestic shorthair.
Age: Approximately 1.
The RSPCA say: Daryl is a very nervous cat who is very unsure of unfamiliar people and will quite often attempt to distance himself from the person in close proximity in order to feel comfortable. Daryl is often tucked away in his bed or hidden away. Daryl needs more time to build confidence as a lot of time is being put in to get him trusting humans. We are spending time reading books to him for him to get used to human interaction. Daryl is looking for a quiet home with no other animals and children over the age of 14. Photo: RSPCA
