Concern grows for missing Skelmersdale man as Lancashire Police launch public appeal for information

An urgent appeal has been launched to help find a missing man from Skelmersdale.

James Fitzmaurice was last seen in Carfield, Skelmersdale at around 9.40am on Monday (October 23).

The 56-year-old is described as being 5ft 8in tall, clean shaven with a shaved head and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black Montirex coat which has red on the inside, a black cap, black tracksuit trousers.

He was also carrying a black holdall bag.
