The Old Cobblers Inn at Rawtenstall received a significant six figure investment to rebuild its soft play area with brand new layout and equipment making the offering bigger, brighter and better than before.
The management feel that the installation of the Wacky Warehouse facility serves to only enhance the pub’s reputation for being a go-to destination for local families, with a varied food and drink menu appealing to both adults and children, combined with the soft play area supplying heaps of fun to keep the kids entertained.

Under the expansion, the Old Cobblers, part of the Greene King group, also has a new and improved beer garden area, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining or a refreshing drink outdoors.
The 15 new members of staff recently taken on are working front of house and in the kitchen, as well as the Wacky Warehouse facility itself.
Debra Zajac, general manager of the Old Cobblers Inn, said: “It’s brilliant that we’ve been able to open a Wacky Warehouse and we just know our new and existing guests will love it.
