Hide AdThe Benjamin Gautrey Foundation was set up in 2011 following the tragic death of Ben aged just 18 while racing his Metzeler Superstock 600 Class with MWR Kawasaki at Cadwell Park Race Circuit in August 2011.
The track will be performed for the first time at the Foundation’s third Annual Dinner at the Floral Hall in Southport on Saturday.
The song will be available to download from midnight on Sunday, February 16.
Their performance will be accompanied by a specially-created video of Ben – who had been a rising star of the sport – in action and the 500 guests will be able to sing along with the band as the words will be printed in the programme.

The lyrics capture Ben’s passion for speed, motorbikes and music.
The foundation is dedicated to supporting young riders. A spokesman said: “Ben was an amazing character and a huge part of our lives. He entertained us every day and had a real passion for life.
“For us the foundation is a fitting tribute to Ben and to other youngsters who have a love of sport.”

Hide AdPerkins and The Spectaculars got involved with the Foundation last September when they played at the Foundation’s Dress Down Friday event, celebrating what would have been Ben’s 21st birthday.
A spokesman for the band said: “We’re thrilled to release this song in honour of Ben.
“It has been a pleasure to work with his mum Lorraine and aunt Julie over the past couple of months and it is a real testimony to Ben’s legacy the amount of hard work, passion, enthusiasm and dedication they both give to the Foundation.”
